Return Policy

Returns and Refunds:

  • Eligibility: You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please contact us at virellawellness@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide detailed instructions for returning the item to our supplier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
